WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP?
Simply answered... the most important thing you can do to help is join the FKPTA! The FKPTA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization whose vision is to maximize the learning experience of every child and to challenge them to reach his or her fullest potential. In addition to all of the funds we allocate to support programs, assemblies and events, we also have administrative costs, insurance fees and licenses that we must keep current to conduct our business.
Just by joining the FKPTA, your membership dues will help provide the support we need to continue offering the BEST programs and assemblies for our children!

IF I JOIN, WOULD I BE REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! There is no commitment to volunteer if you become a member of the FKPTA. We all understand that each family is different and - while volunteering is certainly welcomed - it is not required. There are also several levels of volunteering if you are interested in helping out to show your support but just don't have the time - you can donate money or goods; volunteer to cover a 30 minute station at an event on one occasion; or you can get more involved. From holding an executive board position, to becoming a chairperson, to joining a committee, to simply signing up for a "SignUp Genius" request - there is something right for everyone!
